I know the impact the “harder, better, faster, stronger culture” can have on our health. And I’m here to help you prioritise your well-being at home and at work so you can achieve fulfillment without burning out.

Whether you are looking for life coaching or psychotherapy I can help you. Being trained in both practices allows me to support my coaching clients by looking deeper into the root of the areas that are challenging them and identifying behavioural patterns that don’t serve them any longer.

I offer life coaching online or face to face, and psychotherapy face to face only, at my private practice in Berlin.

Common challenges I’ve worked on with my clients:

  • Struggling to communicate effectively or feeling misunderstood by friends, partner and colleagues.
  • Feeling low, anxious or depressed.
  • Lacking the confidence to make decisions, speak up for themselves or set boundaries.
