I’m a holistic life coach and psychotherapist with a specialisation in career and life transitions. I have been empowering clients for nearly 10 years to break free from overthinking, move from ambition to action, and improve their careers and personal lives.

Born and raised in Sweden, I’m now based in Berlin, Germany. Recently, I was nominated for the FemCom Award as one of the Top 100 entrepreneurs in Germany, recognised as an inspirational role model.

I’ve been where you are now. I’ve grappled with challenging dynamics with bosses and frequently felt taken advantage of. In my personal relationships, I have often complained about not feeling respected. That all changed the day I mastered the art of setting healthy boundaries. It led me to develop the 5-step method, a roadmap out of the cycle of overwhelm that enabled me to gain more balance and reclaim my time. And now I’m here to pass on this invaluable method to you.
